The Roadmap

Step 1

Establishing the vision, mission and goals for your brand. This first step is all about understanding WHY you exist, WHAT you offer, HOW you are going to offer this and WHO you are offering it to.

Step 2

Next, we go deeper into the WHO, which includes in-depth target market research, helping you understand what pain points your customers have, so you can and how you can go about solving these for them.

Step 3

Then we move on to who else is in the market serving your ideal customer. This step includes in-depth competitor analysis, to understand where the gap is and how your brand is different.

Step 4

Once we have a thorough understanding of the market, we can work on developing a unique position for your brand. This is where we find the gap in the market, and your key differentiation strategy.

Step 5

Successful brands are the ones that can foster a connection to their audience on an emotional level. This stage is all about humanising your brand and developing a personality, language and tone of voice, so your target audience can connect on a deep, emotional level.

Step 6

Finally, in the last stage we put together everything we have learned about your brand, and develop a brand story and communication strategy, so you can take everything you have learnt, and feel confident in how you can communicate this to your target audience.

  • A brand strategy is the initial step in the process of building a brand. It’s purpose is to help the founders, stakeholders, team members and target customer to understand what makes the brand unique from others on the market. It helps to build trust, authenticity, loyalty and create consistent messaging across all marketing platforms. This work is an essential foundational building block for cultivating a strong brand.

  • This process will not deliver you the visual aspects of your brand. This process should ideally be done before you have a logo, a website, or have any visual branding. This process will be essential to ensuring your visual branding perfectly aligns with your internal brand. Although, if you do already have visual branding, that is no problem, but be prepared to potentially need to tweak this afterwards to better suit the brand that we create together.

  • These sessions have been created for beauty and wellness brand founders who are pre-launch or for post-launch brands who are making less than 6 figures a year.

  • You will walk away with complete clarity on your unique position in the market. This includes a complete master brand guide PDF that will outline everything that your brand is all about, so you can feel confident you are creating the right messaging to attract your target audience.

  • First, we will have a discovery call to determine if this is right for you. We will then arrange 6 calls that will last approximately 90 minutes each. Each call will follow my framework and together we will work through each of the steps in the framework, to build your brand foundations and craft a unique position within the market.

  • Yes, you will be required to dedicate some time between each session to work on certain aspects of the brand building process. I will also be available between sessions to support you on this journey if you get stuck or are struggling. I am here to support you throughout.

  • I will not take on clients who are not ready to build their brand, or who are not ready to invest in themselves.
